Private Yoga Session
On a physical level, Yoga injuries are possible from incorrect alignment and inappropriate practice. Yoga practice therefore needs to be safe, guided and in correct alignment at all times. Further, Yoga has direct effects on energy level and moods, meaning, the practice needs to be appropriate for us also in this way so as to leave us feeling energised, yet calm and relaxed. To find a practice that is sustainable and beneficial for you on all levels, working one on one with an experienced and intuitive teacher is the only way. During a private session you will be guided through a sequence, focusing not just on what to do, but how to do it effectively and safely. One on one sessions also give you a chance to ask the questions you always wanted to ask and to improve your practice on lots of levels of awareness. Private sessions also give you the experience of having a practice designed just for you… with your own goals, focus and individual considerations. Private Yoga sessions are 30, 60, or 90 minutes long.

Private Pilates Session
Private sessions are the fastest way to progress in Pilates. Your certified Pilates trainer will work on a one on one basis with you, using you own body weight and specific Pilates equipment. The trainer will adjust the intensity of the work to the level appropriate for you. Pilates sessions are also appropriate for those with special considerations. Personal Training
Personal training is one of the most effective ways to kick-start your your fitness training. You are guided and instructed by a dedicated professional who is just as motivated (maybe more) than yourself to see you gain the results you want. You will be encouraged, pushed beyond your mental barriers, whipped into shape, and you will be pleasantly surprised at your progress. Personal training at Mullum Sari with one of our qualified instructors is both fun and challenging. Personal training sessions are $60/hr.
